It's a classic 1/1/1 recipe for pound cake! Meaning equal parts sugar, butter and flour. For this recipe I used 200 grams for all of them.

Add 4 whole eggs, one and a half teaspoons of baking powder

A pinch if salt too. And some vanilla extract or maybe some lemon zest if you want some added taste

And honestly on the off days, as silly as it sounds to some people, write it all out. Journal what was keeping you off and in a funk. It can kind of ignite you again to get exctied on projects you want to pursure.
