Made this pizza tonight. Bacon, calabrese sausage, mozzarela and gruy cheese, my own tomato sauce recipe. With gremolata on top to dab on my hunger before I ate it.

Looks tasty, stayed in India for a year a few years ago, mainly in West Bengal/Darjeeling. I might even have nailed a half decent dhal and roti while I was there

I didn't find the spices too hot, but as a Brit the +40 degree's killed me (edited)

We are here at 42 today in delhi still spicy food is always a go for us

Yeah I took the recipe home with me and bought a tawa

Tawa is just something which unites us all from cooking rotis to getting beaten by it sometimes

How is the broccoli on there? I’ve never tried that even on veggie pizzas

Broccoli is an amazing pairing with smoked/well seasoned meat like smoked sausages and bacon. Bacon, broccoli and bechamel sauce is great for pasta, just saying

Broccoli gets a bad rap because people boil it to death, but roasted or sautéd Broccoli is amazing

We ended up with a glut of veg from an allotment, so I made a root veg and lentil curry with lime pickle, greens, chard and flatbread (edited)

Yup, she always does the honey milk tea I like the fruit drinks personally We are over in Vegas tho and I know this chain is here and Cali at least

Of course! Lots of good places around here. If you like Italian we like Milano, best bruschetta by far, but it is their fresh moz in the eggplant parmesan that I would fight for.
