Yeah. Business cards have the big advantage that people will likely look through them after the event and it will remind them about you. It's generally a favorable contact - especially if your cards are well made. A clear design - either classic or stylized - is a good idea. Have a readable, high contrast writing on the front and put your logo and QR code on the back if you want; rather go for less cards with better paper; quantity over quality isn't the best approach in my experience. Alternatively get a TLD that points to an aggregator.
I didn’t even hear about it until after and I was there the whole time o.O Curious to see how it goes It wasn’t a pit as much as maybe my knee high? You walk through the foam to get to the stage, but the foam was for sure not comfy lol

Intel will probably say something in the next day or so tho
lol I mean I just wanna make friends and typically doing that people want to play games with you, I’m just not great at most games so I’m a detriment to most team groups

We are still waiting for Discord to bless us with the Forum channels, so we can implement some proper networking methods between everyone here. (C'mon, do something Discord!) As @Shanecus just said, it can be tricky. Finding good partners to regularly stream with requires more than just joining up on a call and playing games together. All creators involved have to be in agreement on what/who/when/where/how, so that everyone involved can have a positive outcome: Like-minded creators Find people that create content in a similar way that you create yours, and that share similar goals. "Growing our channels/a community" is... basically what every content creator is already doing, and it happens passively, as a consequence of you putting out content. You have to specify what do you want to achieve with this partnership - essentially, what do you get out of this: • Just to find someone to play with regularly and/or meet other creators? • A way to introduce someone/get introduced to a new game? • Trading experiences between creators while live, generating new content for both audiences? Contention points Besides creating similar content and having similar goals, all creators involved have to keep in mind that their usual viewers aren't the only one watching them during collaborations. A few reasons why you should have a good talk with potential partners before streaming with them: • You partner up with someone that says they are "chill", only to find out on stream that they start being toxic/cursing/complaining at everything they dislike in-game; • Constantly promoting themselves/products/services to your audience - especially when you don't agree with what they are promoting; • Seeing themselves as "superior" for higher follower or subscriber numbers, or a lack of respect for who you are as a person/creator; Tried to make this as easy to read as possible, without going full wall of text
Also, while I really do like my viewers that have stuck with me, I’m trying to dial back how involved with them I am because it lead to some parasocial relationships before and it kinda made me uncomfortable to come back.
I did a stream last week. I do a weekly online I teractive teaching. Decent attendance. Went back to watch it and the audio sounded so bad. My wife said.it.sounded ok but it sounded like I was in an I treated room with no audio filters. Was pretty bummed. Turns out I had the mic plugged into the headphone out on my camera and was using the onboard mic. Live and learn.
So... I had a whole project (NBA 2K23 But It's Coffee Themed) and one company decided to reach out (at my request) about possibly sponsoring it but it's been 9-10 days and I haven't heard back.

Everytime I hear about teams/companies getting the axe from their parent company for no reason I'm reminded of the Nokia Windows Phone fiasco.
1:41 PM
Microsoft: Buys Nokia entire phone division after they create a line up of good, stable phones with absurdly good screen and cameras for it's time, great OS integration and battery time. Also Microsoft: We decided that phones are a thing of the past, go get a Surface. Also, you guys are fired.
1:41 PM
Very similar to how they handled Mixer.
1:43 PM
"Let's buy this promising company, get Ninja for 30M, not invest anywhere near that amount in R&D, marketing and customer support, and close it soon after. Also, go stream on Facebook, we don't care."
Somehow sustainability and capitalism are on the opposite ends of a spectrum, I guess. Jokes aside: pretty much none of the current business models are stable in my analysis. Data hoarding as a main income for all the big digital companies only works while the overall economy is doing somewhat good and people can consume a lot; we see even a company with a market capitalization such as Meta completely nosediving with new business models. The fire and forget mentality of Microsoft - and especially google - is the biggest factor that discredits the notion that anyone there "knows what they're doing" (beyond e.g. the technical scope) beyond being lucky.(edited)
What's in a name, anyway? There's a lot of people who put a lot of stock in a name. There are a ton of examples out in the wild. I think the name "The Edge" is about the stupidest name I can think of, but The Edge is one of the most well-known musicians in the world (guitarist for U2 alongside singer Bono, which might be even stupider than The Edge, but I digress). While his stage name is silly to me, the content he creates has inspired millions to be musicians, among other things I know that my name is irreverent, borderline questionable, and all-around fun, and I chose it because it was those things, not because it meant anything to anyone else. I embrace my name, but recognize that it can be hard to hear negative feedback about something we hold so close to our real identities. Take it as what it is; It's just somebody's opinion about a silly name. That's my take on it.
I have a question. What channel would be best to invite people to a private test stream? I'm not sure if technical support, or streams would be appropriate.
I'm gladly keeping my normal 3-days-a-week alive currently; even have a 7 day charity "marathon" (8-10h/day) coming up. Tho I'm thinking about maybe moving my streams 1-2h back as I'm starting somewhat early for the people that have to commute here. What about yours?(edited)
Changes happen tho as the year goes by, business dips in when more people are around the PC vs less. December thru Feb is always my most busy time on the stream and then it dips hard during the summer.
Im streaming since April so I have no real comparison/experience with that but I've already felt quite an uptick in growth in viewership. I'm nearing 200 followers with an average of 16 viewers so really curious to see if it works for me like it does for you. However I'm unfortunately relatively unflexible in my stream days but thinking about maybe moving one day to either Fri/Sat as those days seem to generally have the most traffic
I'm trying to make my streams a little longer now I dont have a house curfew on how long I can stream for, though as someone with chronic pain I'm finding I can't really do it on bad days lol, its a new learning curve at least and I'm only pushing myself an extra 30mins to 1 hour at most Might add another stream to the schedule too but I kinda want to use it to paint my warhammer minatures XD anyone have experience with a second camera showing your desk?

I do that occasionally when building keyboard commissions (or stuff for myself). I use my normal camera to do so while using an old phone via DroidCam as a little facecam in that scenario. Works well and is cheap to do

I often have more money than sense. But, hey, if you're an affiliate or better and not writing your gear off on your taxes, you're doing it wrong. (edited)
It does! Since I use a green screen behind me, the overhead camera lets me show stuff off without needing to turn off the Chroma Keys on my main two face cams

I envy your wall light tiles. I need to do something with the blank wall behind me.
2:59 PM
Right now, I just have this EL sausage I hooked up to a smart switch. I’m thinking about sound treatments, but I want something aesthetically pleasing.
The Nanoleaf light tiles are kinda stupid expensive, go with one of the knockoffs if you do something like that. I also highly recommend getting one of these marquee things at Target for like $20.

Off to a good start. Raised 120€ for a goal of 150€ in 7h. It's a charity thats real close to my heart and it's so amazing to see something like that - after a lot of work - finally coming together tbh
Sea Watch, a German non-profit which is directly involved in saving refugees in distress in the Mediterranean Sea.
7:49 AM
Don't know ant to get to political but I personally know people that attribute their survival to non-profits like that and with all the other urgent matters that particular branch of humanitarian aid isn't getting the attention it needs / deserves. Plus it's a relatively "slim" organization so there isn't to much money getting into organizational overhead but it's directly used to buy food, vests and outfitting new ships.(edited)
How do you all manage long streams? I'm currently more or less marathon-ing but ohh boi, I'm pooped after 7h of streaming. How do y'all approach longer streams?
My content and the stories I tell are based around long form streams. So if I didn’t do 8+ hrs regular I wouldn’t accomplish what I wanted. I think every answer will be right tho since it’s about what you are wanting to do for yourself. Tips on long streams I guess are, drink water, be interested in what you do, don’t except chat to be your content for hours, you have to be the driving force
7:08 PM
I also work full time right now and class full time, schedule in the stream late nights when I already don’t sleep good and make dinner with the wife when she is home from work a priority normally along with an episode or two of some show
Nah, totally for all the outside things. My streams are normally 5-6h but I am currently doing that Marathon thing and I kinda bit off more then I can chew in terms of what I am expecting from me. Overall the streams are going extremely well. I am home alone but prepared good food, take care of myself and I am playing my favorite game of all time and I am continuously vibing. I am just really exhausted after the 7h streaming besides me wanting to go further - and that's whats leaving me disappointed. I will try and see if a little less lighting might prevent me from tiring out to quick(edited)
Hi Everyone! My name is Meta-Man. I’m interested in streaming for a game I play, but I need some help with getting that started. I have some equipment but it’s sort of making my head spin trying to figure out what to do. Could anyone care to lend some assistance? I have some equipment but I am at a block on what to do next.
Nah, I have a little collection at home - but no Keycult. While it's likely incredible in quality I prefer to tinker myself and the prices for their boards are unreasonable to me.
Anyone know of a good subreddit or other platform to find people that would be interested in being in my streams? I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea being recorded (and some random people hate not using slurs that would get me banned) so I wanted to be sure to find people that are on the same page!

Bot has a standard discord handle (giveaway#1417)
General rule of thumb: If something in the internet is to good to be true it's probably not true. Those types of malicious bots have been around for a while; if you run your own discord server they will behave like a worm and forward themselves to all other people on your server once you clicked the link and logged into their phishing site. Accounts corrupted like that can and will be used for several malicious activities e.g. harassment campaigns, use your data for advertising etc.(edited)
im terrible at games but that also means i have literally nothing to lose. it makes it easier to interact with people in chat and allow viewers into my games :)
I mean streaming is telling a story, with that good or bad is just part of the plot. I’ve enjoyed “bad” gameplay as much as good. Hell, I had people disappointed in Elden Ring I didn’t die MORE xD
I just got raided by a big content creator with a party of nearly 400 viewers that I am watching for years that kinda inspired me to start streaming and this might be the best feeling ever (edited)
Hey Jay, this is tiered more towards content creation and streaming as in twitch and YouTube. Though it was at one point more towards that in the past few years it is more along twitch. Sorry amigo.
Bad news yall, gotta put my streaming goals on hold indefinitely. Unfortunately things aren't working out for me the way I thought they would. The only saving grace I have is that I may be able to do uploads. If this is still the right server for that then cool, if not, then hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks

I did in fact make it home lol, then just hectic school this morning and a lot of emails. Been talking about making a website for the stream since I have so much data in each completion from YT vids to clips and HLTB times etc but the estimates I'm getting are around 5-14k USD
Nothing bad, Just not seeing an actual situation where I would be able to do live streaming, I now have to shift my focus on uploading if I can do anything at all. Thanks for asking

Yea so the stats on how long to beat, a review, all the clips from the game, usually there are 5-20 clips depending on game length and the vods linked into YT
7:56 PM
Then I keep a lot of the stream summary’s and analytics saved in other files but that is for me to see if game switches spike viewership, hot times for being live etc
Might be more sustainable/affordable to look into building a NAS for the clips. That should be the majority of data anyway. I'm not saving all my playthroughs but my storage is essentially 6TB HDD in my desktop -> 20TB NAS. That gives me enough wiggle room to store things while I need them and access space to keep "important things".
9:00 PM
Plus you can always just abuse YT to store video files in encoded ways. It's not great but it's better then ±$5k/month
No interaction anywhere, so nothing lost for the community.

I work freelance and have a gitea running for versioning. I got more space then I actually need so it's also an on-site backup for all my PCs (I also have some off-site solutions for important data but on a much smaller scale) Clips and VoDs are a relatively new thing I'm saving on there. Not streaming that long after all; but it's nice to have.

Thing is, most places don't allow self-promotion, and the places that do are extremely saturated with this kind of content. It doesn't help with your visibility, brand awareness or channel growth. It may have helped some 10~12 years ago, but not since anyone can start up their own streams
12:07 PM
We have restricted it here with our leveling system to make it as a bonus for active members, as the previous channel (which is now archived for moderation review) was used mainly by people who have never interacted within our server - and I don't know who they would expect to join them, if they never even introduced themselves to everyone else.
It's not supposed to be used for viewership boosting (since we are all streamers, who would get the time to create their own content AND watch everyone else?), but to find interesting people to raid after our own streams and create a better way of networking between people who are active here (as our primary goal is self-improvement through sharing knowledge and experiences between each other)
I get what you mean. It really can be hard at the start, too many questions and too little experience that can help in those very specific problems that come up for creators
1
12:12 PM
And beginning as a content creator today is hard, not because the lack of information, but from having too much information that's not usefulfor your specific needs
12:14 PM
Not everyone needs a basic 3-scene setup with all the fancy gear that all big "content creator-creators" push, since they are sponsored by companies that make these products anyways

It's about creating and becoming your own niche, because the setup, the games, the fancy overlays and alerts can be found anywhere. You, the creator and how you interact, are the content that no one else has out there.

Yeah, that’s why I think this server will really help me out. Especially after hearing your thoughts, I think I have some questions brewing for the future

That makes a lot of sense. Honestly, I think that’s part of my problem. Having that ability to be my online persona is something that I don’t think I have yet.

That can also come from the community you find, I started by streaming puzzle games and still do, but after hitting affiliate and drawing my own emotes, everyone wanted art streams It was a really good move for me, I could draw and chat on the day I was most tired and still have fun solving puzzles during the week. Getting to know other streamers as genuine friends (people know when you're just talking to them to promote yourself) can mean you have a support network of people you can talk to for honest feedback too
It's not just grouping up to make big number go brrr, but meeting many creators that may (or not) create content similar to yours, opening up new opportunities for both you and other creators.
12:37 PM
It may be a collaboration project, it may be a new idea to tinker with, you never know
So if I’m understanding this correctly, it would be like finding other people who make content similar to mine and interacting with them and supporting them who in turn can do the same for me and others who are in the same boat
You can still hang around other creators that you enjoy, and with that interaction you will be creating value for their content, but: 1 - Don't expect them to watch you, or do anything in return - do it if you want to, because you want to; 2 - Don't forget that you have to work on your own content too!
Networking is a difficult thing for sure, especially as most people see it as support4support which doesnt work As a new streamer if you go to someone's channel I would instead recommend that you look at their setup, do they have an overlay? what kind? how have they set up their About section and links? what channel point redeems do they have if they're affiliate, how do they handle raids, new follows etc. You can learn a lot from watching how other people handle things It might not all be applicable to you, I have a friend who has spicy/sour redeems that dont fit me but I still learn a lot about how I could improve

Yeah. At the start, especially when your content doesn't have a defined format just yet, look at what other creators with a technical perspective. "How did they do that?" "How could I recreate it?" "Is it something that would work for me?" "Can I adapt it for what I want to create for my viewers?" "Do I really need to add anything to what I currently have?" "Would it improve my viewers' experience?(edited)

Yeah its a shame, I know that a lot of people struggle to think of what to say and have to practice, but some don't realise that's what's holding them back
See I try to just bounce off the gameplay. The thing I’m struggling with right now is my notifications for follows aren’t working even though when I test it they work perfectly
Tip of the day: don’t buy a gamer chair, buy a high end office chair from a furniture liquidator that’s refurbished or open box. A million times better for your body, probably cheaper, and will last forever.
5:55 PM
I wish I had learned this earlier into my streaming hobby!
Shop Sayl Chair and see our wide selection of Performance Seating at Herman Miller. In stock, exclusive, and ready to ship -- authentic modern furniture from iconic designers.
6:14 PM
It's like a mattress... Spend the extra money to save your body, especially if you're gonna be in it for 8+ hours a day.(edited)
Office chairs are perfect for gaming, home usage and PC usage. How would a product created to sit someone for 8 hours, 5 days a week for a few decades without giving the company reasons to worry about getting sued over health/back issues would NOT fit my 12h gaming spree needs?(edited)
I think chairs are one of those things that, unless you're somehow egregiously negligent, there's not too much people can complain about. If I can sit on it, it might be a chair.
6:19 PM
But there is certainly a benefit to getting a good one
It's never wasted money. Especially on time proof designs from the original manufacturers.
6:21 PM
It's a shame that copyrights for furniture expire so soon (30 years, I believe), because the market becomes flooded with ultra-cheap knock-offs(edited)
I used to have one of those RacerX/GamerX chairs. I got it for $40 on Amazon. It was barely worth it. I mean, it was a chair, so $40 isn't bad, but the back pain I got from sitting in it for more than 2 hours was not worth.
I got a Steelcase Leap V2 from Ebay, $350 shipped as a refurb and they are $1100 new. I was real close to getting a Herman Miller Aeron for $550, but this one had amazing reviews and I like saving $200 lol(edited)

Never used those but I am using studio microphones for playing (DT770 250 Ohms). I really like it - but I mostly play Retro Mario ROM hacks so take that for whatever it's worth
3:33 PM
Since they mention bass specifically they'll likely work out for you.
A few questions: • Is it within your current budget? • Do you have any specific needs for it? • Do you stream often enough to justify the investment? If the answer to these three questions is yes, then you will probably put it to good use (making it a valid purchase).
6:29 PM
It can be a very powerful tool, if you research, test and try things out for yourself.
6:31 PM
Just don't buy it because someone else says it's cool (can't deny that the darn thing is cool as heck, tho), but try to identify what needs it would cover for your content before buying it (or any other gadget)(edited)
So I don't stream a ton during the school year because I'm really busy. But I do use OBS to film youtube videos, and tiktoks as well. I'm more thinking it could make my life easier in those than in streaming.
I don't really do that many things with editing but I use a lot of different scenes in OBS and stuff like that for a lot of my titkoks. And to be fair, for better or worse, I edit my tiktok videos more than my youtube videos
I'm incredibly thorn on that. I'm mostly using FOSS stuff and never wanted a Stream Deck but now that I have one i can't Imagine not using it anymore. It truly changed my approach to so many things and made them a lot more comfortable. It is to expensive, it's proprietary software, and takes some time to setup. But besides other solutions (MacroDeck, Touch Portal, Self-Build Macro Keyboards) it provides context sensitive functions which are so, SO good to have. If you got the money - yes, it's worth it. You'll do well without it, it's not a must have. But it's pretty good.
thanks for the advice! I'd definely have to save up for it, i've been spending a bit too much lately lol. But it sounds like it's worth it if I have the money for it
Happy Thanksgiving! Is there any streaming gear that you're looking forward to getting Black Friday discounts on? I'm looking to get light panels and a decent mirrorless camera!
A new GPU, but I'm not too hopeful about discounts right now, specially before the new AMD GPUs hit the market next month.
7:22 PM
Don't care about current/next gen graphics, but I'm waiting to see how the performance of these cards will impact the price of the others already in the market
Twitch doesn't care - unless you make it absolutely explicit that you are multi-streaming while being affiliate.
6:41 PM
But again, it's your content. If you think it's a valid strategy to create whatever content you wanna make, go for it. The platform doesn't care about your content, until it becomes something that draws unwanted attention to them.(edited)
6:42 PM
Personally, I'd focus on either YouTube or Twitch, not both at the same time, because I'd prefer to have less things to worry about when something breaks.
Actually my biggest concern for multistreaming is I feel like YT will be much stricter on copyrighted music, whenever I upload vods though I get the copyright content thing but whoever it is 'allows' it to be used on YT
The reasoning is to have a place where people can start up their own streams and have other content creators on the same call, not just to play games, but to talk and experiment too.
7:21 PM
We can use those channels, for example, to experiment with OBS and improve our overlays, scenes, etc.(edited)
7:22 PM
So if enough people need assistance, we can schedule a call and create an event for that
Since we can really take our times reviewing goals and trading advice. We can even compile things that we, together, identify as common knowledge, which can help other people in the future as well
GamerGuyTV
Wait, does it break the affiliate agreement? It’s been so longe since I signed it that I can’t remember. Cause I don’t wanna break that lol
This is the right question to ask. Twitch's recent changes made provisions for content creators to stream simultaneously to Twitch (a long-form streaming platform) and a short-form platform, which was previously prohibited. This change does not change the rules for other long-form streaming platforms, and you'd be wise to review your Affiliate agreement to make sure you're not in breach. Streaming long-form content to both YouTube and Twitch simultaneously is not, and has never been, allowed per Twitch's TOS. Twitch still enforces 24-hour exclusivity to long-form content, but now allows content creators to make short-form derivatives from long-form content to be published on TikTok, Instagram, and others.(edited)
Thercio
I'd be more worried about playing copyrighted music than multistreaming, if I were you (edited)
Also, this. Streaming copyrighted music won't prevent you from streaming, but it will prevent you from monetizing the content. If you want to stream as a hobby, then it's no big deal. If you want money for your time, you should be careful about using music you're licensed to use. (NONE OF WHAT I POST SHOULD BE CONSIDERED LEGAL ADVICE; I'm not a lawyer. Consult one as needed.)(edited)
In the Audio Library in YouTube Studio, you can find royalty-free production music and sound effects to use in your videos. Music and sound effects from the YouTube Audio Library&n
11:06 PM
This is, of course, a great resource to use on YouTube
I'm not going further into detail on my stance to that as I am really angry. But Twitch's reaction is so wrong.(edited)

Well, I want to he more specific on the whole topic. The following text might be a bit political, hence I'm putting it behind a spoiler. I trust the mods to remove this if I'm going to extreme.

just adding the suggested charity is such a wicked, hypocritical move in this context. One side believes "Autism needs to be cured" and provides platforms to people that speak about how they want to harm/kill people. The other side's saying: Autistic people are a thing and they might need some help because they are struggling with some things. Let's help! There is no fucking middle ground to be taken and this decision - no matter if they are a registered non-profit or not - is just extremely cowardly. If you deliberately say "i don't take a stance" while one side is promoting active harm you aren't taking the high ground. You're becoming a (passive) supporter of something that hurts others. This decision is shit and whoever took that decision should he be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
12:36 AM
I wanted to elaborate that point without it getting out of hand and since it's connected to a platform that likely a lot of people here are using. If anyone feels that I'm straying to far - I'm fine with it being removed. I'd much prefer if this would get more awareness tho.
I agree that Autism Speaks is problematic, but you'd think that if they broke any serious rules and promoted our genocide that someone would have taken notice and called them out. Unfortunately, censorship doesn't work because the person in control is the person who decides what gets censored and what doesn't. I agree that they need to be called out, though, and they need to continue to be called out. The only thing I'm disagreeing with is having them labeled as a hate group, because if it gets labeled as a hate group that opens the doors for many other groups to be considered hate groups.
12:56 PM
... Trust me. Taking a stance like that will backfire; it's like they misunderstand us on purpose. If something is to be considered a hate group, it should meet clear criteria that does not false flag charities or support groups that are trying to help.(edited)
... I also disagree that not taking a stance is the same as actively supporting something harmful. Sometimes there are no good choices or people don't know which choices to make. To give a school example, not jumping into the fight to try to break it up is not the same as being a bystander. This is in general, however. In regards to the group in question, I've heard plenty of pretty bad things about it, but I've also heard pretty bad things about other groups and just general public opinion about mental disorders, as well. Like it or not, there's still a pretty heavy stigma.(edited)
I think part of the issue is Twitch being an US business doing US business things: • Won't lift a finger until they are either in the news, being absolutely flamed on social media or losing money (and these three factors are connected most of the time) • Will release features with minimum effort, testing and quality checking (or common sense checking) • Will wait until the last possible second until releasing any sort of official statement regarding and and all issues, like this charity confusion, gambling streams, borderline porn-content, child predators on their platform, bad copyright system, lack of revenue information, forced ads program... Long history of bullshit.
I'd prefer it not turn into TikTok, though. A model like YouTube might be suitable...
1:16 PM
I imagine it's difficult for creators to control the comments people post on their platform. They could fix this with a self-moderating feature like they have on fanfiction sites, couldn't they?
We are in a weird time. Just about every platform out there is investing heavily on short-form content, something between tiktok and instagram
1:18 PM
But yeah, creators can and have gotten into trouble because what people post on their chats, and the blame falls on moderators too, for not being "fast enough" to handle things
I know some of the rules--don't show your face, show the game and / or animation and just do voice-overs, don't talk politics, religion, or anything you'd feel odd mentioning at work...
This is probably outside of the scope of this community, since the information you need is related to app development, online services and server infrastructure

And the costs are more likely to remain prohibitive, since these services never fell in demand.
Okay, well, thank you for your time. I might be interested in starting a YouTube channel or TikTok, but I'm really just not brave enough to want to show my face or give any personally identifying information on platforms like that.
You are more likely to succeed if you start working on your own prototype, host it at home and seek out investors, once you have secured your intellectual property and branding rights.

No worries. Feel free to stick around! There's plenty of good knowledge to be shared regarding content-creation.

You may be interested in becoming a png-tuber or a v-tuber, which are avatars that you can use instead of showing yourself on camera (2D and 3D, respectively)

Someone sent a message recently on recommendations for starting up as either a png or v-tuber, can't find it at the moment (sorry, working on one of our channels here, to replace #old-networking)
Well, depending on what you're wanting and what you're willing to spend: Live2D is the main 2D program vtubers use, its free but I dont think it has default options from what I remember, so you're stuck either learning to draw and rig an avatar yourself, or paying for one Vroid Studio is the main free 3D program and does have default options and is much easier to customise yourself if you're really trying to do this on a budget. You can then use VSeeFace to actually track the avatar on-stream, or I've been told there's another called Vmagicmirror (but I havent checked it personally) If you want to use either of the above options, you really need a decent AI-tracking camera to ensure you get full movement tracking. I get complimented on mine and I have the Logitech Streamcam. The most budget-friendly way is PNGtubing, with two images of your character, one with open mouth and the other closed. Then you hook it up to discord so it switches to open mouth when you're talking in discord (I have no idea how this works, sorry if this part is wrong or vague)

This is getting to political so just one sentence: Bystanders often prevent people (also e.g. in EMTs not reaching a car accident because people slow down to look) who can help from accessing things. So yeah: Bystanders are making the problem worse; hence my argument.(edited)

In the general discussion we can also see diametral effect - known as the bystander effect - kicking in. If nobody voices their concern - or, actively works against it - nothing will change and bad things happen.

I agree with you, but in order for things like bans and such to work, the people making the decisions have to be fair, and in your particular example, the standards are unclear, and unclear standards lead to laws that don't do what they were intended to do.
As said: I am trying to prevent to become "to political" here, so I will refrain from replying further I am always willing to discuss things - feel free to DM me if you want to continue
Kinda sad that no one is talking about the balenciaga scandal. Says a lot about our society that the media dictates what we get angry about. Everyone regardless if they have children or not should be disgusted and loudly bringing attention to the topic.

As soon as I heard the name of the brand, I knew it was some stupid shit, so I decided not to look for it. It was worse than I thought, goddamn.(edited)

Yeah.... the worse is that of the few people talking about it they only touch on one topic and use it as a political attack rather than breaking down the whole thing objectively
12:35 AM
So it becomes about politics rather than of the disturbing thing it truly is

The apology from balenciaga itself barely says anything and throws all blame to one photo studio
i have to agree. although most people can agree it is objectively bad, i WILL order and devour some lil ceasars. i also feel that way about dominoe's. i just love their pizza, it hits different. i think its the sauce
yea, im not a hut eater, i must say. i would rather be a degen and devour slice after slice in the comfort of my own home. i've never tried cici's but i have heard the same sentiment that you bring up. the pizza is yucky but the cinnamon buns are LIT
oh wow, that certainly does make sense now that i think about it, considering the texture and density of boba pearls. i see a lot of recipes recommend mandioca flour. my grandfather was brazilian and he would often make pão de queijo and those yuca french fries. it reminds of my childhood lol. maybe i should invest in some
