@Cosmo welcome amigo I will say it takes a bit of a long grind to get money on twitch The ad revenue is a joke and really it is just subs and bits that help out. Just as a warning on incase other options were around. Otherwise if you are purely trying to make money on twitch the best bet is to just do long Jackbox, among us and marbles streams. They provide the fastest growth by far, but then you are stuck a bit in the party streamer genre. So it is taking twitch as a job that route. Idk message or stop by my channel if you have questions or need to vent bud. It can be a climb.

A pic goes a long way of course but also set up the twitch extension so it says you are going live and also that way we can click you pic and get to your twitch. @Shanecus you can play if you download parsec. Its a software that lets someone broadcast their computer to you and you can play couch co-op games online. It's pretty cool. You should check it out! Also, thanks for checking out the stream! I'll try to hop into yours next time you stream!!

Hello everyone!! You can call me Prisma for now. A little bit of why I’m here, sorry for the wall. I’m actually a stay at home girlfriend/homemaker. I’ve always been interested in streaming but have no idea where or how to start. I’m proficient in photoshop, and can create banners and screen borders to block out sensitive information. I don’t have a lot to work with. I have a good Logitech camera with 1080p resolution and a headset. I AM a gamer, and refuse to be a “titty streamer” or whatever. (Can’t really with pancake chest anyways lol) I wanted to find a way to earn even a tiny bit of extra money. I’m on discord regularly, an FFXIV player and occasional raider. I am also working on opening up a themed RP Tavern/Inn on FFXIV. Due to a couple medical issues, and the fact cooking and cleaning for my wonderful man is kind of a full time job anyways I’m a bit limited so I can’t work a typical job. My goal is NOT to be rich or anything, but just make a little money on the side being snarky me. I’d like to be able to get gifts for my amazing BF for things like his birthday and Valentine’s Day. (Dipping into joint account is tacky as hell) I have a Nintendo Switch I’m on constantly playing either BotW, Age of Calamity(completed) and Dragon Quest Builders 2 when I’m feeling creative, and a host of Final Fantasy games. However I do not have a capture device for my Switch yet. Any Advice I can get on how to get started is incredibly appreciated!!

Suh Dude! I'm Dustin. I went with the name DustinDump for all my streaming stuff. IDKY I thought that was that funny but now im stuck with it. I dont know if this is a good place for promotion, but i am looking mostly for tips on how to do that. I never plan to make any money of streaming at all, but I would like to make or be a part of a small little community. The two things I hate most of all are 1) streaming to myself 2) not having enough friends who play the same games as I do. To give you an idea of what I steam, I would say that while I do play a lot of video games I am most excited about other types of streaming activities. @Shanecus it entails a very long play time lol. Completely maxing out skill tree, all unique items, armor sets, books. Finishing all quests, that you are able to, Because any quests you have to choose sides obviously stops you from completing the opposite. It’s been fun though and the regulars that have been with me have really been enjoying it. Viewership is pretty crazy in comparison to what I’m used to and I’m grateful for all the guys and gals that stop by. Makes it so much more fun

Warzone makes sense if you enjoy it of course just a saturated area to start out. But you are using TikTok too so that helps. I would download Davinci Resolve if you want to flip the video of the tiktok so it is for phones. Not sure why that one had no audio tho O.o @Deleted User welcome, it's a fun thing to get into. I'm TanukiMatt, just started streaming some days ago, though I've been setting up for it for a bit longer. I stream in English, play all sorts of games with not much preference, and also do some music content too, i.e. occasionally play a bit on the piano (I'm not traditionally trained) and also on Mondays will be producing music live on Pro Tools. Great game choices to get going with people in the community. Marbles is another popular one I see when going along that route. Also if you want more social collsuion games like Among Us, project winter and even Town of Salem still are a blast too play too. Awesome instagram and a great way to pull people into your stream also. Have fun with Firewatch, I beat that one a few weeks back and it was a blast .

I would say changing up some of the titles may be a good start as well since it looks like the last three live options were male model clapping cheeks and it jumped between fortnite then valhalla and back to fortnite. Then 2 days back it was male model in Natural state for madden. Of course ignore this completely if that is the niche you are going for amigo

@AustinMFNasty I personally would recommend the live streamer cam 313. It’s been a very good camera that I picked up at staples for about $100 and I haven’t had a single issue with it! Hope that helps

@FirstLuhen glad to have you can to have chatted a bit in the main chat. All the games you listed are great and Hades is a hot game to stream right now. From first completions to speedruns @Barney Welcome amigo, some things that have worked for multiple people playing single player games side by side are things like races or nuzlocke runs (for pokemon) the only hard part I would see is if you are blind reacting to the game and someone gets to a big part before you then you would want to avoid the spoiler. Otherwise glad to have you and look forward to seeing what you do friend. @Hillbog32 hey starting with friends is the way to go amigo. The FIFA games have a great (but eccentric) community on twitch and if you break into the thick of it I am sure you will grow there. Kinda the same way with Rocket League of course, but those are the better you do the more it pays off. If you have questions as you get going just drop a message. Also make sure you pop a photo onto the discord and link the twitch account. It helps with interaction! @decoysaviour I'm sure we do have some in here

Great game choices to get going with people in the community. Marbles is another popular one I see when going along that route. Also if you want more social collsuion games like Among Us, project winter and even Town of Salem still are a blast too play too.
