To be frank, no need for the gym to take care of yourself, but it's definitely my favourite way 😄 When they closed the gyms at the start of the pandemic, I actually made the best form in my life with home training, but I got bored with it after 3-4 months and got fat again 😦

I usually don't like the gym environment - personal trainers that don't care about their work and spend their day chatting (while some of the people that actually need help are left on their own, and risk serious injuries), people that lay claim to 2~3 different equipments at once, extra loud music, which puts me off a lot.

This happens in many gyms here, I've been putting the search for a half-decent one for some time now

Oh yeah, this is a really important point. I am lucky to have a half-decent gym nearby, but I still will drive 40-50 mins to get to my old gym that I love.
