I would recommend all three of them Subnautica is a tiny bit buggy but it’s fun to explore Ultrakill has a pretty high skill ceiling but it’s very fun if you can get into it And New Vegas is a great (albeit dated and a bit buggy) open world game

can we get helmets that have stats, and different effects like night vision, seeing through fog better etc, more diverse armor stats a and effects, same for capes. possibly unluck more than a 4 squad, being able to look at the map, or 360* view when you're dead, maybe nerf the chargers armour?

Now, i have managed this with pills and the likes for a good while, which works fine. However, recently these past few months i have had these weird "drops" in my mood, as if the pills suddenly stop working, then reboot after 5-20 seconds. I literally go from being alright to being really down then jumping back to alright within 5-20 seconds. Now, this isn't something that can happen with the pills, so there is another reason for it, but i can't figure out what. Nothing happens before or after these crashes. There is no reason for them to appear, as nothing happens to cause it. It's like feeling down for no reason. Tl;dr: Sad for no reason at all, wtf? Thoughts?

Have you told this to whoever gave you the pills? Have you read the prescription paper to check side effects and the declaration on how addictive are the pills? Have you been sticking to the advised dosage? Do you consume high and/or inconsistent amounts of sugars? Don't have to answer publicly, I am no expert just giving ideas

It is wholly possible that, if you've been taking these for a very long period of time, that your body has just gotten used to the dose. In general taking depression or anxiety or psychosis medication isn't ever meant as a long term solution, especially things like anxiety medication which are one of the few types of pills which lead to addiction and need a ceiling at which they're taken (most anxiety medication has printed instructions of using them for up to a month only, though some doctors may prescribe it to you for a few months). The way I was explained it when I was prescribed depression and anxiety medication (now I just take anxiety medication thankfully) is that you need to look at all those pills as a crutch rather than as a periodically used solution for all your mental problems. If you consistently take things like depression medication yet do not make the conscious effort over the years through a combination of medication and therapy and/or exposure to different lifestyle choices then you are fundamentally misusing your medication until the hit of the mixture in the pills loses grip on your body.

Mental health is a serious issue, better to offer counsel by overexplaining than risk not exploring an avenue which could help.
And my information comes from an abnormal psychology textbook so take that as you will

For me, the pills are literally something i can't live without, due to a medical condition causing my body to produce too little of (dopamine i think?), which the pills help balance out. Without them, my mood jumps up and down like craaazy, often for no reason at all.

It's sort of always been there i think, but it got really bad at age 16-17. Guessing puberty hit and fucked up the balance.
