Yo I'm sorry if this question is asked alot but is this game solo friendly kind like payday2 I want to play it but I rather be by myself I hope tht ain't like mean or sumn.
the gameplay works much better with a squad; you can play solo but it's significantly more difficult. That said, you can easily just mute the voice chat and hit Quickplay to be dropped in with random people; on the whole people are very open to that, you don't need to come in with a pre-made group

No such thing as a mistake, only ‘lacking direction and a goal, or several’ and lacking a mentor or role model. This is also why there are so many lost and aimlessly wandering souls out there. My goal is to have my own place, and repair and make my own stuff, and run a business that way without ever having to spend retail or commercial business prices for the needed gear, tools and equipment to do it rn I am jelly of the luckers that are buying up used CNC machines for dirt cheap in mainland USA, but at the same time I have no access to three phase power and clean compressed air to actually run one, let alone the experience with cam/cad to even make a part. Heck, I’m even waiting for the needed stuff to do 3D printing, which is supposed to be my gateway into aluminum sand casting things. So I guess what I am trying to say is, find a goal, commune with yourself to see what is stopping you from becoming better, and move up in the world, all while exercising self-care with the aim of becoming and staying healthy.
Hey does anyone know what is going on with my laptop RAM It’s weird My laptop originally has 16 GB DDR4 sodimm and I got a pair of 16s for a total of 32, but installing them both doesn’t work, no screen, no boot. Weirder still, when I put an original 8 and one do the 16s, it boots and registers as 24 gb of ram, but that’s about it Is this just trash / ripoff ram sticks or is it laptop hardware ram cap limitation issues?

16 solo does not work Both 8s solo work 8 and 16 will work, not sure if slot placement mattered, but when it boots to OS, it does see all of the 8 +16 Laptop is a variant of the Acer Nitro 5 running 1650 GPU. The 16gb x2 ram sticks are rated at the highest available MHz iirc.

well, you should be able to run 2 16gb sticks in it, it supports up to 32gb. What I think is happening is that your MHz is the problem, being that the 16s run faster by default than what your system can handle. BUT, when you combine it with the 8s, which are at a lower speed, your sticks will always run at the lowest speed of your sticks available, which downclocks your 16s to the speed of the 8s. That's why they work when paired. Acer suggests using 2400-2666MHz sticks for compatibility with that model.
Damn, that’s a thing? ‘gaming laptop’ btw So the RAM I got is ok, fully functional, just ‘too fast’ for this laptop to actually use… that’s a bit of a bummer Then again, this might be why I had similar issues in the past with ram upgrades on other PCs

Thanks for the assistance and insight Hopefully I can sort that all out once I get this 3070 desktop build done, just waiting on the 980/990 nvme sticks to come in alongside the pci ex adapter cards (the boards don’t have nvme slots)
