That's if you wanna get deep into it, but most of the time, the components are fine until about 93°C at which point they start to throttle, making your performance worse. They shouldn't get damaged by running too hot, since there are protections, but running hot will reduce their lifespan, so they might last 5 years instead of 10. Generally it's good to get the temps as low as possible, but most modern components will hover around 50°C pretty much all the time.
