i used to dabble in fanfic. mostly just exploring the world with OCs, not actually anything with canon characters or whatever. i used to use forums. but if i was going to do it today, id probably do either Archive of Our Own or webnovel or wattpad to post.

hmm, aside from youtube... tiktok tends to work if you break it up into easy to digest segments with visuals. same with insta shorts or whatever. easiest way to get traction for audio/visual is in shorts/memr format, then redirect attention to the 'full content' with a link where its like "if youd like to see more, go here" p much.
