I’m not saying to restrict the entire internet I’m saying build a version of the net with only Wikipedia pages that are rated suitable for under 18s, books and articles suitable for under 18s and no ability to communicate whatsoever there is literally a kids version of Netflix that only has stuff suitable for kids as well as Disney plus restricted profiles, etc. Even PlayStation has restricted mode, it gives the ability for non tech savvy and undereducated and impoverished parents to have peace of mind in being able to provide an information gathering/learning service that won’t prey on their children
