Maybe cause you shouldn’t main them then 
1) Either make a VOD of your game OR share a Replay Code. 2) Make sure you provide your in-game name, heroes you played, your sr/rank. Some brief info such as how long you've been in your rank and brief details of your perspective of that game and what you believe your problems are. 3) Please be patient! Wait for someone to to help you and try to be available at around the time of you've submitted your post. 4) Most coaches tend to prefer a CLOSE COMPETITIVE LOSS. But generally speaking please ensure its a game where one team does not completely dominate the other. Coaches may accept a win as well provided its a very close game but rarely so. Make sure the replay is very recent. *To get your replay code go into Career Profile -> Replays where you'll find a list of your recent games.
