Yes, it appears to be an ADHD thing. ADHD comes from your brain adapting during your childhood. Modern cartoons with too many cuts between scenes are jarring for kids. Now, with kids being raised by YouTube shorts and "YouTube Kids" stuff... it's going to be so much worse. Your brain adapts to this in certain ways and, from what I can tell, causes changes to how your brain regulates and reacts to chemicals. From your brain being overstimulated from all that stuff as a child, later in life, your brain wont crank up your body's functions when other stimuli are presented (such as caffiene).
