Good point. Tbh, my theroy is that its not the nerf that's making people mad, its the fact that people feel like they were lied to.
Some people feel betrayed, others want to be overpowered in the game, which (in my personal opinion) is not what the game is about, some people are just here to ragebait and troll and the wheels keep turning
railgun? charger and to a lesser extent bile titan spam. flamethrower? charger spam. quasar? charger and bile titan spam (was also really good in bots tbf).
I used flamethrower on everything but I really liked being able to fight chargers as well
Either way the new enemies and mission types are exciting and I can't wait until I can actually fight them (I haven't been able to play since last weekend)

... going to let you know, no offense, I'm a literal rocket scientist with actual stuff in space. ^_^ I've troubleshot this down to potato mode and it still crashes. On 2 machines. V-sync, FSAA, AA, Smoke and Shadow FX, I've trouble shot to a fairly reasonable amount to say I shouldn't have to do this for a game and enough in my crew are saying the same to the point where most of them went to other games. Its not a settings or driver issue.

Ok, that is all I ask. Though to be frank, I want to but between the constant nerfs and bugs and the way the developers responded recently it dampens my desire to play the game. I've repeatedly had weapons I enjoyed and a few I paid actual money for nerfed to the point of nigh uselessness on higher difficulties and its ... frustrating and emotionally taxing. I want to play these games to have fun (And it was a BLAST in the early days) but lately it feels like they give you a shiny new stick, see you having fun with that stick, then take it back and go 'No, go play with that pool noodle over there'.
I'm holding on until they nerf the AC, I hope the weapon nerfs will be followed by enemy balancing or difficulty tweaks Granted, I like my games to be challenging, so I don't mind most of the nerfs
