Dont run hd2 in anything higher than 1080 HD. Friends of mine also had a killer high end rig and 4k just lags the shit out of it. In normal HD he haw 300+ fps

My sister is in need of money as she's getting kicked out of her home in the 31st of this month and has no money. Absolutely. Unfortunately some people never learn to bargain, even when it comes to their own self worth in the labor force. You can’t just stay at the same company for 20 years and expect to retire handsomely. It doesn’t work like that anymore, if it ever truly did. Nowadays you need to job hop for bigger paydays and better job titles and establish a trail of increasing value

Hell, always change jobs completely. Example: my first job: Injection molding machine tech, pretty much minimum wage my second job: Warehouseman, 1.2x the previous job my third job: CNC machinist, about 3x the first job from day 1, and the job is actually fun most of the time. I was lucky this job was open so close to my home too (15km commute, not too bad) And the funniest part is that I initially signed up for a PLC programmer job at that company, which is completely different than what I got.

Well tbf there's been some talks through the grapevine that AMD is planning to focus on mid-range
But Nvidia is absolutely 100% guilty of that either way

I bought the 2080 Ti year one for like ~1400 euros and still use it At the time that felt like the worst financial decision I ever made but I wanted to do it cause I thought it'd be futureproof After the cryptomining craze and the pandemic and stuff it turns out it was the best financial decision I ever made, and the 2080 Ti still runs to this day quite reliably.
