Sure, the cycle time might be 15 minutes... Setup... well... that's 30 minutes minimum to set up/tear down vices/fixtures, 5 minutes per tool change depending on if it's assembled or not, writing/editing the program if it's the first time the job is running, and then about 2 cycles making sure my program runs correctly and my dimensions are within tolerance. Let's just say if it's not a common job, 90 minutes is wishful thinking sometimes. (edited)
