debatable but regardless, going back to my original point: To have the Empire ever "win" and be stable you need to have the following: 1-Not be run by a sith lord. 2-Have a true merit based leadership of competent people 3-Not have the Tarkin doctrine of ruling by fear. 4-Not invest in massive easy to hit stratgeic and political targets like the Death Star.
