Reminds me of Prigozhin, except even more stupid.
Prigozhin at least had a reasonable chance at taking Gerasimov and Shoigu. They first went to the command center for the war effort in Ukraine, but the two had left prior to Wagner's arrival and capture of the city, unbeknownst to Wagner. But they HAD been there just prior Then, I suppose feeling forced to commit, they stormed Moscow, but stopped when they realized the effort would be fruitless. They were never after Putin, as far as we know. (edited)
